What are my shipping options and how much do they cost?
We ship our products via the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, the shape required for the package, and the shipping method that you select. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price.

Domestic Shipping Options:
First Class Mail (2-7 day delivery / starts at $4.00)
Priority Mail (2-5 day delivery / starts at $5.00)
Express Mail (1-2 day delivery / starts at $15.00)

International Shipping Options*:
International First Class (1-3 week delivery / starts at $6.50 for Canada, $8-10 for most other countries)
Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery / starts around $30 for most countries)

* Depending on your destination location and order, you might be subject to import taxes required by the country of delivery. If your country has these taxes, they are not covered by the postage charge on your order with, and you will be required to pay them in order to receive your package.

What payment methods does SST accept?
Our preferred payment is through our checkout system where we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express directly. This will allow for faster order fulfillment. If you do not have this form of payment we will also accept a money order or check. If you can’t use our preferred payment methods please contact orders@sweetsoutherntee.com for more information. We can’t accept any orders over the phone.

Can I exchange a shirt I purchased?
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for credit towards another shirt. The packing slip that was included with your order has the instructions for an exchange at the bottom of the page. If you have discarded or misplaced your packing slip please email us at orders@sweetsoutherntee.com and we will contact you about how to exchange your shirt.

 

What happens if a shirt is backordered?
SST makes our best efforts to keep all our other shirts in stock but depending on your size requests and product demands we may temporarily run out of a certain product. SST will usually get the product back in stock and on the shelf from production within 7-10 business days. SST will immediately send you an email right away notifying you of any back order situation. If your order contains a shirt that is out of stock we will hold the order until the entire order can be processed and shipped at the same time. Do you sell shirts to Retailers?
Retailers interested in our product can contact us for more information at info@sweetsoutherntee.com. Please make sure to include your business name, contact information, and Tax ID number.

Oops…. I messed up my order how can I change my order?
It happens and if you made a mistake on your order or would need to change something, please email: orders@sweetsoutherntee.com. As long as your order has not shipped out we will make our best efforts to accommodate your change. In your email please include your contact information and the details of your change. We will contact you ASAP.
